Thanks for the followup. I worked for 45 years in the service industry and found customer service doesn't end with the sale. Nice to deal with someone who cares enough to see how the product ends up. The Monte's are delightful, rich and smooth smoking. My doctor is trying to get me to cut back but I will be ordering more in the future
